The room

Two tables, one room

One suite, two tables side by side, a window at the far end and enough floor between you to walk around.

Two therapists work at the same time, one for each of you, so neither of you waits for a turn. You can talk, or lie in the quiet and hear the other table breathe. Most couples do a little of both.

  • Two tables, two therapists, the whole visit

  • A tall window with sheer curtains, the lights kept low

  • A shelf for your things and a hook for your robe

  • Robes, sheets and slippers, all provided

A treatment room with two massage tables made up with white sheets, side by side under a tall window with sheer curtains and a small plant between them

A visit in the room

From the door to the last quiet minute

  1. Step 1: You settle

We show you in, then step out so the two of you can undress to your comfort and get under your sheets, face up or face down.

  2. Step 2: We ask

At your own table, each therapist asks quietly about pressure and any area to avoid, and says how you will be covered.

  3. Step 3: We work

Both therapists work at once. Only the area being worked on is uncovered, then covered again, and you can change the pressure at any time.

  4. Step 4: You rest

We leave you under your sheets for a few minutes with the lights low, then step out while you get up.

Three promises

What stays true on both tables

  • Each of you draped

A sheet covers you the whole visit. Only the area being worked on is uncovered, and then covered again.

  • Each at your own pressure

Light on one table and firm on the other is an everyday request. Nobody has to explain it.

  • Either of you can stop

Say stop and your table stops at once. The other carries on only if you both want it to.

Questions

Before you book the room

Can we have different kinds of massage?

Yes. One of you can take Swedish and the other deep tissue, at different pressures, for the same length of time. Tell us when you book, or at the start of the visit.

Do we undress in front of each other?

No. Both therapists step out of the room while you undress to your comfort and get under your sheets, and they knock before coming back in.

What if only one of us wants to stop?

That table stops at once, and your therapist waits quietly. The other table carries on only if you both want it to, and you can end the visit together at any time.

Book the room for the two of you.

Wednesday to Sunday, with evenings until 8 from Wednesday to Friday.
