First visit
Nothing to prepare except the day
A short intake comes first on the booking page. The rest happens in the room.
The intake asks what we need to plan your visit. We keep health questions out of messages and emails, so those stay on the booking page.

Four steps, in order
- 01
Step 1: Book for two
Choose a length and a day on the booking page. A short intake there asks each of you what we need to plan your visit, and goes only to your therapists.
- 02
Step 2: What to bring
Just yourselves. We provide robes, sheets and slippers. Leave your valuables at home, and bring a change of clothes if you plan to go out after.
- 03
Step 3: When you arrive
Come ten minutes early. Check in at the front desk and we'll show you to the room. Street parking is on Wentworth Street, and there is a lot on the next block.
- 04
Step 4: What to expect
Your therapists step out while you settle under your sheets. Each asks about pressure and areas to avoid, and you can say lighter, firmer or stop at any time. The visit ends with a few minutes to rest before we bring the lights up.
Good to know
What to wear, what is covered, who should ask first
What to wear
Whatever is comfortable. Undress only as far as you like; we work around whatever you keep on.
What is covered
A sheet covers you the whole time, and only the part being worked on is uncovered.
Who should ask first
If either of you is pregnant or unwell, ask your doctor before booking and tell us when you book.
Choose a time for your first visit.
